About Me
I have been in the industry for over 20 years, my career has taken me to see the inside of traditional industry, start-ups, consultancies, and dynamics of large transformation programs. I have handled hundreds of projects - large and small - across many sectors.
I am a firm believer that the success of most IT projects hinges on effective integration and it is not about technology. It’s where I developed a deep interest to address such challenges and to connect the dots.
"Because of that, I see almost every IT project is an integration project.”
- Jill Chang
Over the years, I have explored many different disciplines, frameworks, and techniques to support integration activities and decisions. I also developed and refined my own approach that’s efficient and grounded, yet adaptable to each project’s specific needs.
“I don't believe that the latest technology or integration solutions can simply transform a business because it doesn’t really tell you what it takes to deliver. Nor I think it’s necessary to hire an integration architect or build an integration team to achieve that because integration is the outcome of joined effort from top to the bottom and across multiple teams rather than just one person or one team.”
Hence, my work also aspires to empower teams working on integration projects with the necessary tools and knowledge so they can do their best work at scale more innovatively, collaboratively, inclusively, and enjoyably.
I am also mindful of the business and economic cycle while building the integration groundwork for sustainable growth.
I share my experiences and lessons learned from hands-on client work in various integration scenarios and business setups.
My talks are focused on case studies, integration viewpoints, and practical tips for the everyday challenges that integration teams face.
